STANDARD NON SHRINKAGE GROUTING MATERIAL
CGM-T50 STANDARD NON SHRINKAGE GROUTING MATERIAL is formulated in precise test.It adopts cement as binding material, compounds with various admixtures and selected aggregates, supplements additives with high fluidity, micro-expansion, and anti-segregation. The product has advantages of no shrinkage, micro-expansion, Self-flow, vibration-free, non-toxic, harmless, non-aging, no pollution to water quality and surrounding environment, good self-tightness, anti-rust and so on. It fundamentally changes the bearing force of the equipment base so that it can evenly bear the full load of the equipment, thus meeting the installation requirements of various machine, heavy equipment and high-precision machine tools.

Scope of application:
Suitable for bolt anchoring, reinforcement of steel structure and foundation interface, secondary grouting of equipment foundation, installation of electric and mechanical equipment, sealing of static pressure pile engineering, reinforcement and transformation of high grade concrete structure, crack treatment of old concrete structure, thickening of wall structure, reinforcement of road and bridge engineering.
Notes:
Dosage: Add water: 13%-15%
Packing: 25kg/bag, moisture-proof package
Usage amount: 2300KG/m3 (theoretical value)
Storage: It can be stored for 6 months under the condition of dry sealed bag. If stored more than 6 months, need test before use.
Durability: No significant strength change after 200 times fatigue test and 50 times freeze-thaw cycle test.
